O nosso trabalho é o local onde passamos boa parte do dia e, também, o lugar onde convivemos com um grande número de pessoas. Logo, é bastante comum que exista relacionamento amoroso em ambiente de trabalho.
Misturando os compartimentos
Trabalhando como coach, aprendi a olhar os aspectos da vida em compartimentos – existe a parte financeira, a parte afetiva, a das amizades, a do trabalho. Assim, quando a pessoa se envolve romanticamente com alguém do trabalho, ela está em dois momentos da vida misturando “as estações”, colocando tudo muito junto, o que pode representar um risco. Pois, se um dos compartimentos não estiver bem pode atrapalhar o outro.
Porém, esse é apenas um dos pontos de vista possíveis para uma relação que começa no ambiente profissional ou que envolva esses dois lados – afetivo e profissional – simultaneamente. Digo isso pois quando um relacionamento é saudável, ele é saudável de qualquer forma, esteja o casal trabalhando junto ou não. Quando a relação tem tudo para dar certo, não é o fato de trabalhar com o seu parceiro que vai tirar dos trilhos o relacionamento que é para ser bom.
Perceba: se o homem te completa e tem tudo o que você quer, e vice e versa, o que poderia dar errado?
Mesmo assim, o fato de trabalhar junto com o seu amor traz alguns desafios para o relacionamento pois sempre há o risco de misturar as situações e levar problemas de casa para o trabalho ou ao contrário. Por isso, recomendo que o casal mantenha sempre o diálogo e evite misturar as estações.
Outro lado
Agora, se você está sozinha, te convido a fazer um exercício: que tal olhar para a mesa ao lado, ou para as outras pessoas que trabalham no mesmo andar ou prédio que você. Será que não é nesse ambiente que está o homem que você está procurando? Olhe em volta. Aquele rapaz da mesa próxima à porta: quais são as qualidades dele que você ainda não observou? E aquele outro cara do segundo andar, será que vocês não têm mais afinidades do que você imagina?
Mas, se você confia piamente no ditado popular que abriu esse texto, tenho outra recomendação: conheça os amigos desses seus colegas de trabalho. O Fernando, do outro departamento, pode ter um grande amigo que é o seu número! Ou até a Maria, do financeiro… já pensou que ela pode ter um irmão lindo, solteiro e muito divertido?
Então, olhe em volta. Conviva com as pessoas. Mostre as suas facetas e esteja aberta para as reações que virão na sua direção. Aproveite o tempo que você passa no escritório, na fábrica, na “firma” para movimentar a sua energia amorosa, sim! Se não for com alguém do mesmo ambiente, pode ser com alguém ligado aos seus colegas de trabalho.
